E & I Event on May 27 and June 3, 2010: The roadmap to SWIFT E & I
Banks will have to integrate SWIFT E & I Exceptions and Investigations by the year 2012. This will change the area of payment investigations and also impact the processing of cancellations.
In joint presentations Incentage and SWIFT have demonstrated what E & I is, what kind of impact banks have to expect, how banks may prepare themselves in an optimal way to handle E & I efficiently, how to integrate E & I into their operational processes, and they provided some useful tips and tricks.
